TEARING TEST Vsync

útil video para probar si se tiene bien configurado el driver de video o si hay algún problema con el vsync de pantalla

El video consta de una linea gruesa vertical que se mueve de izquierda a derecha y de derecha a izquierda como un péndulo. El movimiento debe ser fluido y la linea debe verse siempre recta y completa. Cualquier artefacto que aparezca en el video es debido a algún problema

I can confirm this fix as indeed working. :)

I finally found it. The problem was related with the "Performance" settings on Win 7. Oddly enough, disabling elements to max performance would cause the issue, as soon as I enabled pretty much everything (Aero Peek, Visual Glass and others), the tearing disappeared.

did u find the fix yet? i found that switching to aero theme worked, but recently i am experiencing the tearing again... try to switch to areo theme see if it works for u

This problem happens to me with the ATI 6950. I cannot fix it for the life of me. I woul appreciate some help.
