Bank is not a govt. job.
In central govt. job there is no concept of targets, & sales.
These words are used in private sector.

NABARD, SEBI, RBI, Central Secretariat Service, Ministry of Sports, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of external affairs, Income Tax officers, Intelligence Bureau, these are real govt. jobs, where Saturday & Sunday is off.
