J.K. Rowling is 'Shocked and Devastated' Over Alan Rickman's Death

British actor Alan Rickman, whose career included Snape in the "Harry Potter" films, has died. Rickman's family said on Thursday that the beloved actor had passed away after a battle with cancer. Following the news of his death, fans and fellow actors flocked to Twitter to pay tribute to the actor. Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling also shared her sadness, "There are no words to express how shocked and devastated I am to hear of Alan Rickman's death. He was a magnificent actor & a wonderful man." #InsideEdition
