Ingredients:
2 T Good Eats Butter
2 T Garlic
3 Red Chili
1 t Chili Pepper Sate
1 t Fish Sauce
Rau Ram
Direction:
1. Remove escargot from the shell to remove the gut and cap of the shell.
2. Wash escargot and shells with salt
3. Add Butter & Garlic fried until lightly golden brown. Add red chili, fish sauce, and Sate sauce.
4. On high heat add escargot shells and meat. Cook for 3 minutes.
