I use cluster theory, I believe that pioneered analysis for software but the more the more tools also.that being said the map that is being analysed is a waste of resources.untill the corrupt officials running that sinkhole are locked up it will only get worse.THIS HAS BEEN ALLOWED to happen.Part of the big picture involves a takeover of the once great SFPD especially the top of the line for its day criminal unit that went out and put an end to the ways of the professional criminal who had no fear.I know how to use the tools to make the data usable.its just not usable there
