I myself have S23 Ultra and iPhone 15 for work. Samsung caught up a lot when it comes to the animations, but they are still not as smooth as on the iPhone. Samsung is very fast, but somewhat lacs in smoothness.

But scrolling with 60hz on the iPhone feels nauseating. 120hz is a big upgrade.
