Snowflakes make their companies more efficient by outing themselves for firing.

Hurrah! The delusions of grandeur of these sententious clowns is mind-boggling.

I read the "open letter", and firing those employees was the right move. They are the type that creates a toxic work environment. Typically these type bully others to join in.

They deserved to be fired. If they don't like what happens they should have left. They are employed to work. Let them start their own company. Good on Musk.

We have an epidemic of institutional cowardice, I am glad one company is doing something about it.

Not fired for criticizing Musk. Fired for being stupid in the extreme. Lack of situational awareness.

It's called addition by subtraction. Kudos to Mr. Musk.

Crybaby contingent canned. "We must stay, Elon must go!"
Soon to be followed by: "It's too difficult to go to Mars! Mars must come here instead! Let's start a petition!"

Imagine building Spacex out of scratch and absolutely destroy the limits of what was thought possible, only for a few woke workers to claim you are hurting the mission of Spacex, I would fire them so fast, they would find their things already at the parking lot.

Sounds like a bunch of angry Twitter people, more in love with their internet persona than work. Let me see how this works in the real world: Employee 'I can't concentrate because the Elon's tweets are distracting me.' Boss 'why are you tweeting at work on the company dime?' Employee 'we are socially aware, and our image as employees is important.' Boss, 'hm I see, you do know that Mr. Musk founded the company, the company is not and has never been publicly traded, and Mr. Musk retains a 54% controlling share of his company?' Employee 'Yeeesss?' Boss 'good then you know why you're fired.'

If you don’t like your boss or you resent what he does in his free time, quit or keep it to yourself. It simply is none of your business. I’m glad they were fired.

Shotwell is completely right. These low brow whatever employees could be sued for libel. This is the best these people are going to get!

If you were paying people and they were using that work time to criticise you and not work, plus distracting other people that are working, then you fire them. Why would you want to have people like that in your team being unproductive. Pretty dumb this is even a story

The Employees who got fired was Soliciting other employees for signing the Open Letter against Elon. Read the Spacex Letter to employees. Well, if you working for an Company your job is work on the mission of the Company, not solicit, Force or Distract other employees during your work time.

I cannot say whether Elon did it or not. That's Judicial system to decide. Spacex employees job is work for the Company's Mission to Mar!!
