i cannot express how proud I am of the participants in this map. they helped me take just a script into this beautiful project and i am so happy and honored to have been able to work with such great people- its been an absolute joy working with every single one of them and they all helped pitch in towards the end when a bunch of stuff needed to be done :)

also a HUGE thank you and big shoutout to my friend TheLovelyLadyLil for literally editing the ENTIRE participants credits (the whole sequence with the dollhouses) it absolutely saved my life and this map would not have been done on time if it wasnt for her, also she literally sacrificed her sleep schedule and got 1 hr of sleep last night because of it PLEASE GIVE HER SUPPORT

I never thought about how hard whiteouts life was going to be after darkstalker was put to sleep. Her mom was missing, her father was dead, her brother also missing, disgraced. All the nightwings probably thought that she would turn out like him. There was no one to help her. I hope she still lived a good life tho.

Whiteout painted of a time where IceWings and NightWings weren't at war, that were at peace. A time they didn't hate each other.

After all the times I've watched this masterpiece I just realized something- Darkstalkers pupils are the hourglass that he made that determines the good and bad in a animus! You can see it shift more and more, filling up with white sand- I cant believe it took me this long to spot this dazzling detail!!

It's very sad... I just realized that after the events of Darkstalker, Whiteout officially had no family left. Foeslayer was a captive of the Diamond Trial, Arctic was dead, Darkstalker imprisoned for the next two thousand years... Indigo and Fathom left to their island where they would raise their dragonets. Clearsight left for the lost continent. Hopefully, Whiteout was happy with Thoughtful.

so i've watched this about a billion times already and honestly??? by far my favorite thing i want to talk about is the absolute BANGER character design. darkstalker's hourglass eyes?? oh my GOD?? whiteout's perfectly split coloring and uncanny eyes, arctic and that creepy doll, clearsight's stripes that look like tears, , , , absolutely immaculate design the whole aesthetic is SO beautifully coherent (i also love that darkstalker looks more like a hybrid in this one it just fits the theme so well. also the fact that all of their designs are segmented so they look like DOLLS i am SCREAMING the artistic vision is so everybody who worked on this is unbelievably talented and deserves sm success)
