Hi, I’m Karen and I want to tell you about my new favorite thing, which is Upstep orthotics.
Several years ago I started having really bad foot pain concentrated around my heel. I tried every Over The Counter orthotics and inserts that I could find, but it didn’t do any good. So I finally went to a podiatrist, who fitted me with custom orthotics. He explained that the arch support in OTC orthotics is just not strong enough to support your arch in the way that it needs to be supported. So I wore this custom orthotics for a while and they worked - the foot pain went away.

They send you a box, where you make your own impression from home. Send it back to them, their crew puts together the custom orthotics for you, and then sends it back to you.
I’ve been wearing them now for several weeks and I got to tell you - they perform just as well as the custom orthotics that I had done by a podiatrist.
So, I highly recommend them. I would encourage you to try them. I got a full length pair for Running/Hiking shoes - the arch support is really nice and strong, you cannot band it down. I also got a ¾ length pair that I can wear with dressier shoes, and it’s just like the podiatrist said - it’s very stiff and really provides me the support I need.
