Difference between ODK Collect and Kobo Collect

Hello all, in ODK collect new 2023 version something wrong i mean the ( renaming of form at the end ) when the filling of questionnaires or interview complete. we are not able to rename. will it be updated in futures?

I am a beginner of Kobo.
I need a few clarification and help from you regarding this. You can share youtube link also.

My queries are as follows:

How to add a unique serial number to each questionnaires filled by the enumerators in the filed.
Since the survey will simultaneously be done in different parts of a state, how the unique id will automatically get updated for the enumerator and the server.
In a questionnaire, I will have to collect information of each household members: that means I will need two ids, one household id and secondly a personal id.
It would be extremely helpful if you share any video or the solution for these problems.
