The toga’s papers are blood informations from hospitals I think, because her quirk is basically be able to change her body to be anyone she wants, as long as she have a sample of their blood

Toga doesn't make sense for any other character, the tickets are representing blood types as toga drinks blood in order to transform into people she's basically a shape shifting vampire that's her power

Kiriko papers are blood because himiko is obsessed with blood and drinking blood of people she loves. She turns into whoever blood she drinks even the suzu has little blood spots coming out of it

Toga's quirk (superpower) is called Transform - when she drinks someone's blood she can turn into them, she's basically the perfect spy. It also gives her a genuine, and literal thirst for blood. Hence the blood receipts.

oh boy. The papers. They are a refference to blood. B Rh D positive blood type and O Rh D possitive. Because Toga ability works when she ingest blood of a person she loves + she has a fixcation on blood and consuming blood ^^
