Vegan mushroom galette

Ingredients👇
145gr AP flour
80gr cold coconut oil (I use odourless one)
90gr cold water or plant based milk
Spices (I used rosemary, tandoori spice blend, turmeric - for color, smoked paprika, salt & pepper)

Filling:
Onion
Mushrooms
Vegan cream cheese
Vegan cheese
Salt & pepper
You can also add a splash of white wine👌

💚Notes
💚Because I don’t use butter or margarin, the color of the dough is quite pale. So I recommend to add a bit of turmeric to make it more yellow.
💚Knead the dough just to combine all the ingredients together. Always allow the dough to rest for 30min-1h in the fridge (don’t forget to cover it with plastic wrap).
💚You can also make sweet galette with the same dough recipe!
