Everyone, let me clarify what is going on with BTWF.

Roblox has a memory limit, and BTWF has hit that limit. If they continued onwards, the game would be unplayable. Because of the memory limit, they halted production on BTWF:DE. *No, they are not closing BTWF again*, theyre just remaking the game to better fit the memory limit. The game will start at Vicarstown, then progress onwards to Knapford. So no BTWF Closure, it's like Project April type stuff. Making the map again.

TL:DR, Theyre making the game a bit smaller for easier access and less memory consumption

I got the impression that they watched the unlucky tug map videos when designing the original map in 2021 to last year when exploring sodor was released so it’s kinda funny that they start at Vicarstown and not tidmouth to knapford but I guess they want to change things up a bit, it’s just gonna be a bit more tricky to do remakes now.

Well I hope one day the new and upcoming game will have the map look more like a hybrid between the Sam Wilkinson and the original RWS versions.

If they cancel, then the narrow gauge engines, moutian engines, and miniture railway engines that were just made will never have a home to start with. 😢

Man, life has just NOT been kind to BTWF at all. Hopefully this time it can serve as way to start fresh, and be able to work out kinks and bugs and such better, and have more time to work on things without much worry.
