Charging is not actual 80w. It dynamically reduces to 15w from 48 to 100 it take 40 min and antutu score is 1.3m barely not 1.59m overheats a lot even on Instagram. I have top version (12gb 512storage). Charging it to full will take hour even on idle. I am not pleased by it.😢

One week ago, i bought this phone Vivo V40 pro 12/512 gb.
I have been a vivo customer. Even right now I'm using vivo v23. I thought if i buy this phone. Quality of video recording would be much much better.
But the experience was very worse.
Camera photos and video recording are not matching in color accuracy.
Camera click the real photos but video was very worse.
Next day i visited the shop from where i purchased this phone. They denied for replacement and refund.
Then the phone was taken to the service centre. They updated its software. But the same problem there. They said we can't do kuch now.

I bought this phone from EMI and that too someone's credit card. I have told all my problem but one one is solving my problems.
I am a student and took that decision with great difficulty to buy this phone.
But what to do with all this waste???
Vivo please help me 🙏 🙏 🙏
