Interior, Exterior and Boundary Points (Topology)

The notions that play important role in the concept of topology are interior, exterior and boundary points in the subset of a topological space. An interior of the subset S of a topological space X is the union of all open subsets of S that are open in X. In this concept, the interior and the closure of S are dual notion, then the interior is the complement of the closure of the complement of S while the exterior is the complement of the closure of S.
