Hallo semua kali ini aku membuat makanan renyah dari bahan sederhana, tanpa pengembang tanpa membutuhkan waktu yang lama.

Tempo hari lihat channel Aljazair 🇩🇿 , yang aku pikir arab, bikin makanan ini dengan dicelupin ke madu panas setelah digoreng, berhubung gak ada madu sebanyak itu, ya udah dicelupin ke coklat kalau mau manis dan kalau mau gurih cocol saos aja atau ditaburi bumbu tabur seperti macaroni 👍😍, yang bikin aku tertarik karena bentuknya yang unik 😁

Bahan:
300 gram tepung terigu serbaguna/protein sedang (30 sdm cembung)
1 sendok teh garam (bisa ditambahkan penyedap rasa sesuai selera)
60 gram mentega asin yang dilelehkan cair (+-5 sdm rata)
125 gram air
Tepung Maizena/tapioka secukupnya (aku pakai 150 gram masih sisa)

Udah itu aja bahannya ya, dan siapkan juga minyak untuk menggoreng 👍

In Malaysia it is called Kuih Kapal Terbang or Kuih Tiram or Kuih Lidah Buaya..usually coated with sugar 🤤😋

Ah loving it😍👍.. I'm having this from my childhood and now my kidos love this...we call it 'Khaja' in Odisha state in India. This is one of the favorite offering to Lord Jagannath in Odisha. You can find this in every corner of Puri City in Odisha😊... Do visit India and I'm sure you'll love it😊

This is Tibetan delicacy called Sang gang bak leb. Bit too much substitute corn starch, originally melted butter is applied before rolling them into layers. You did a great job though! Crispy 😋 !

In Malaysia we call this as Kuih Kapal Terbang. My favorite..we coated it with powdered sugar. Emmm delicious 😋🤤 this is one of our traditional kuih
