If you are like me, a thunderstorm can be both intense and at times soothing. I've often used the recording of this storm as part of a meditation and pre-sleep, slow down. The rain lasted all day, but the thunderstorm, like most was transient and fleeting. Just shy of 10 minutes. It captures in sound, a place,, its people and moment and feeling. The distant voices of my neighbors, the sounds of a horn or two, far away, the raid falling on the balcony overhang. But Like all extremity in life, thunderstorms pass quicker than we realize.
