Andy, I'm a Junior in college studying Biomedical Engineering and I 'missed out' on a big internship just a couple of months ago, after watching a bunch of your videos. I never gave up and I kept listening to your advice, and I just accepted a year long internship offer with another dream company. I can attest that this way of thinking and taking constant action works. Thank you for the videos and advice that helped me to keep building momentum, even when things weren't 'perfect'!

Hi-de-hi! Self-proclaimed perfectionist here. I saw this was posted 19 hours ago and I freaked out as if I missed this! Thank goodness I saw this Dec. 2020. Anyone who is reading this---this man's products ARE WORTH IT!!!! Get the flipping books. "For me, finished was better than perfect". Yet, the most often statement I hear is "I wish I would've found you sooner." That goes for me too. More importantly, I found you, and "I wish I would've boot camped sooner."

Hello! I had to come here because I have got things done! last Friday, I noticed the job announcement that interested me. I have written my lists about what I want from the job, all those things you advise us to do. Oh boy, that job is in Finland, I live in Germany now. They wanted the application that Friday at 3 PM. I had two hours time - I thought -until I remembered, that in Finland, they are one-hour ahead of the time of Germany. I had actually 45 minutes time to make the application!

It was an application that was to be made in their systems, so, there was no creativity needed. Of course, I memorised as much as possible the information that I have got from your videos and applied it as much as I could. I really did not have too much time for long explanations or ponder too much on what to tell! it was 13:58 German time when I pressed the "send" button. It was Friday.

On Monday morning I got a call from that work and an invitation to the interview! I was not even expecting such a fast answer! I had prepared to wait for a week - or even a month. This office is a city-office, and I know they can be sometimes slow because the processes there are often long.

I have an interview tomorrow. Now I have some time to check again what to say and what not to say and also look for some information about their recent projects. Some of it I already know. I just have a feeling that I go there. The first reason is, that it is not really my first dream to go to Finland from Berlin. It is a very small town where I'd go. I am just used to getting things that I do not want so badly, so I think that this is it.

But, there are good points too, otherwise, I'd have not sent the application at all. Well, as usual, I followed my gut feelings, and my guts tell me now, that start to pack your stuff, the change is coming! :)

if it is not that job, then something better. Whatever happens, is good. Anyhow, I got momentum now going on!

You described me to a "T" as if you're in my head and my emotions. Complete paralysis.

This advice is golden! As of now I'm being discriminated by my boss(es) and am forced to look for a new job. I hope I can find a better one ASAP.

Hi Andy, I work in technology and I’m at a mid-senior level. If I were to move on finding a new job, should I choose a company that leverages state-of-the-art technologies (so I would have to keep on learning new stuff and stay updated with the latest technology ), or a company that is currently less advanced in technology but is looking to adopt those modern technologies - where I would have more opportunities to fully utilize my experience and knowledge? Thanks!

What are your thoughts to reapplying to an employer that I didn't get job with previously?
