As we know One B is equal to 8 b (1 B = 8 b).

To convert Byte to Bit, multiply your B figure by 8.

Example : convert 25 B to b:

25 B = 25 × 8 b = 200 b

To convert Bit to Byte, divide your b figure by 8.

Example : convert 25 b to B:

25 b = 25 ÷ 8 B = 3.125 B
