Good workout. I'm definitely sweating. This wasn't HIIT. I was sorry there was no "health bounce" in the warm up. Didn't feel like there was a warm up at all. I also didn't really care for the totally abrupt stop before the squats. My knee did not like that at all. And you could lose the "four for four" at the fourth count. But I appreciate the workout. Thank you.
