Same thing happened to me 6 months after I bought my Hyundai I got the warranty they told me it wasn't covered. So I dropped the warranty don't be fooled never get the warranty!!!

It shouldn’t take calling a TV station to resolve issues but often times it does in fact in most cases some companies refuse to work with customers because of something that doesn’t make sense and often times doesn’t add up. Matt Gephardt is right about one thing often times the person who called the TV station might be ordered to sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to get the issue in question resolved because the company in question can’t afford any bad publicity.

from my experience with insurance they deny because they figure any fights will be cheaper long-term
