I have this boat. It porpoises bad no matter what you do to manage weight distribution. Its also really skinny for how long it is which makes it just spin with the slightest bit of turning when going fast. Needs trim tabs. I did get it open box on the motion site so I didn’t pay a ton for it which is nice. I built an NqD Tear Into brushless jet boat for the same money I paid for this and it is a much better suited hull for a jet boat. This boat here isn’t terrible but it also isn’t great. Just an honest review here from an experienced rc modeler/builder.
Oh yea it also leaks. Leaked right out of the box. Haven’t found where it’s leaking yet but I’m assuming it’s the seal in the transom.
