Good stuff Les! We follow similar approach to athletes in our gym for developmental athletes of going high to low load sprinting over the course of the program 👊 had a WR go 4.57 to 4.43

INTERESTING... mentioning some research sources wouldn't make any harm. Big 👍 for the simplicity and the intelligibility of the "class".... however I'm not sure about short term speed development, slight improvement maybe yes. So the question remains if a slight improvement worth the time and energy investment, instead focussing on technical and tactical aspects. In exchange, what in my opinion really deserves the effort during a long season, is qualities maintaining workout . Thanks for the vid
