MAYA FORSTATER is a researcher. She lost her job at the Centre for Global Development in 2019 after tweeting about the Gender Recognition Act and arguing against Self ID. She is still involved in an employment tribunal case to show that gender critical beliefs are "worthy of respect in a democratic society''. She recently co-founded Sex Matters to campaign for clarity about sex in language and law.
