edit: I wrote the original comment 4 years ago (must've been 2019) and I'm very surprised at how it's one of the most liked comments on this video! to answer your questions, yes I thought Cody was androgynous / a stud when I was younger, I was 10 & open-minded. When I saw this vid for the first time, I kept flip flopping between "this is a girl... no, it's a boy", and either way I thought "wow, this is new. Good for Disney, showing different perspectives". Also, one of my aunts is butch & has a femme wife. So it wasn't a "far-fetched" thought. obviously, eventually I learned that Cody is a cis male. I'm not in alignment with same-sex marriage anymore cause there's a deeper spiritual warfare going on behind it. It's not just about who you're attracted to, but what spirit is using you & why it is leading you to (a) end your bloodline (b) indulge in lust and (c) get further away from God & deeper into rebellion. saying this cause I no longer ship or would ship them. not trying to start anything. I believe we all l have the right to change our minds as things come to light & I thought it'd be irresponsible to leave this comment up without an update. I know folks are joking about how they can't "unsee" this... my prayer for all 3000 of you is that your eyes are open to how much God loves each of you and would do anything to build a relationship with you individually. He loves us enough to heal us from our core wounds and teach us healthier, more fulfilling ways to live. to my LGBTQ+ folks, of which I was one, God loves us too, and He has so much more to say to us BESIDES changing who we are attracted to... it's MUCH deeper than that.
