Looks like she probably hit her chin. A concussion and bruising maybe? Hopefully she didn't bite her tongue. Arms seem to have absorbed some of the impact from looking at the video. That trapdoor was closed when she walked past it a few seconds prior to the fall. What a blunder on the stagehands.
