In onpremise you must to pay the server and Oracle lucense by separate. Is the same on cloud.the same cloud like the same data center onpremise.. nothing chance.just the location and the fees.. the fees.

This is great, but the opposite should be true also, users in OCI console should be able to use some specific services in azure….
