"According to information I have been able to access on albums recorded by James Last: These two songs were recorded for inclusion in the album: "Biscaya (Published in May 1982). Given is style that was going to lead the themes collected in this album ... The first track: "Tender images" (Theme from "Terre Humaine") was discarded ... and listening to it, it could well have been included in his album: "Erinnerungen" (Reflections), (1983). This second track: "Saute-Mouton" ... In the end, it was not included: "Polydor International" (Canada), published a compilation "Mystique" in 1982, with album themes Of James Last: "Hansimania", "Jahrhundert Melodien" and "Biscaya" ... adding these two tracks in this compilation album.

"The album: "Biscaya" was recorded in Florida. Most of the compositions on this album were composed by James Last, Ron Last and Tommy Eggert and the production was finished after six weeks. It was the first accordion album.., later the álbum: "Paradiso" (1984). Another album strongly influenced by electronic sounds. Despite the success of the single: "Biscaya", the new electronic sounds were getting James Last criticised, sometimes quite severely. Something similar to what happened with albums recorded in the United States (Los Angeles): "Well Kept Secret" (1975) and "Seduction" (1980) and the German public, about their acceptance ... "They were too "Jazzy" ... ". Nor did he have much support from his record company Polydor ... And that James Last produced 6 to 8 albums each year. What would have happened if those magnificent albums ... of the best of James Last, had been better received by a majority audience with respect to the sound that had accustomed them? James Last could never succeed in the United States ... it was not his fault ... he showed it in the quality of the albums he made. The fans and company Polydor ... asked for more ..; but, "of the same". This is the music, the fans and the general public."
