2300 Jackson Street, Home of Jackson 5, Gets Highway Signage

The celebration was in full force at 2300 Jackson Street in Gary, Indiana, as the city marked the home of the Jackson 5 with official highway signage. The sign will stand near a new Hard Rock Casino, a very recent addition to Northern Indiana.

It is long overdue for this legendary family to have an official highway, to show the tourists where their childhood home is located. This legendary family broke every record, birthed "the greatest entertainer of all time" and known all over the world; birthed the baby sister who became an icon, trendsetter, and the true "Queen" and others. I am hoping that their childhood home will be designated in the state of Indiana as a landmark, and in the U.S. "National Historic Landmark." It is long overdue!

I'm so glad Janet, and the rest of the Jackson's are here. I check ✔️ in with their videos and feel better about missing Michael SR. I'm so glad they have their home in Gary and can share that with all of their fans that love them dearly. They are a really considerate loving family also vocalists artists and so much more. What an honor! 😭 The moment I saw the title I got so emotional.😭😭....Of course I thought about Michael! He should be here to see this special honor!! Another product of his hard work. I was a couple years under Michael when J5's made the scene. They were great! But for the Jackson's to go this far in recognitions, and MANY other honorings they receive is mainly because of Michael. The Man is an Iconic Legend.The greatest humanitarian that ever lived! etc... Michael was a talented genius, bad a_s from the beginning till the end. And regardless the hate he received.
