No need to do this, the crack steam api64.dll is deleted by windows defender.The main way to solve this problem is to exclude the file from windows defender.For doing this you have to reinstall the game and don't open gta 5 after installation.then go to the settings and go to update and security and click the button virus protection and there you will find a button of real time protection don't turn off that.You have to scroll down and there you will find exclude files option.Then select the exclude file option and select file then browse to the grand theft auto folder and select steam api64.dll.After doing this you have able to play the game.No work of copy pasting.Just do this.You don't have to turn off antivirus and keep your pc safe.I hope this will help you

doesnt do anything. It keeps being deleted or turned into empty space....its not my antivirus either, I got that disabled when I try to run the game but the file keeps deleting it do you make it

guys it's not a virus .. when file removed .. simply go to your windows defender and select "virus and threat protection" ---> Select "protection history" ---> you will see the file blocked by windows defender .. simply click the drop down button and go to actions Select Allow access/allow. Then Download the file again from Mega Upload link. Then Simply paste the steam dll file into your game installation directory. Refresh a few times and Start your game, Play enjoy! It worked for me ..

#If not sure .. after downloading the DLL file .. Right click on the DLL file, select properties ---> then go to "Details" Tab and see for your self Who developed the File! It's mentioned as "Reloaded" which is same as Skidrow ! they are cracked games team who provide full games for free via torrent. Hope This Helps.
