Cooking is a life skill not all of us get taught. I'm happy to see you giving it a try. Cooking is a lovely skill to have. It took me a while to get good. Luckily I had a Grandma who walked me through many recipes. I did have to learn the difference between a dash and a sprinkle. 😂 When there is no recipe but it's all memory. Cook with your nose 👃
With a basic understanding of herbs and flavor combos. You will be a pro in no time.
