Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 4 years later and i am glad i made that decision.

From my perspective, it was a combination of price channel bounce, trend line candle cross, bullish candle consumption and a short-wick analysis
But I do like it that you've mentioned how you would still enter the position even without all of these confirmations, but simply by utilizing the trend line breakout, which happens to be your strategy.
I have had a problem of not entering many trades because I kept on waiting for ALL of my confirmations, which is 8 things all at the same moment.
I went back to my tradebook and realized that statistically, even though I have often times been saving myself from losses by doing so, I have also missed many trades which, with proper risk management, would still bring me additional profits.
Working on my risk ratios now
It's crucial to keep sucking the information in from all sources, I think it helps you to notice your own flaws.
