Giacchino - Married Life (Up Theme) - Score Analysis

The melancholy theme "Married Life" from the movie up is one of the most famous movie themes of all time. It's hard not to cry in the montage where it plays.

In this video I analyze the piece's harmony as well as its formal structure. I however am not analyzing its orchestration. I also made the piano reduction/arrangement for this.

I use my own unique form of Roman numeral analysis that borrows the inversion system from German functional analysis. The bass note is indicated below the Roman numeral (e.g. 3 = 3rd of the chord is in the bass.)

Hey, thanks for the video. I am just wondering why at the end of the first line of the score, around 0:17 - 0:18, when you find the two chords ( I and V ) in the same bar, the V is a Db9/C instead of a C7 or a C7b9, because the V degree of F is C as far as I am concerned. Is there any reason for that? If I write the Db9/C then the chord looks like a Cdim9, so I wonder if its a mistake or it has something to do with that
