Yeah obviously it's fishy if you find a PS5 for such a cheap price 400-500$ sure maybe maybeee even 300 but 150$ that's suspicious. I still don't understand these scams, we are not living in the early 2000s or late 90s, you can't scam like you did before, Ebay, Facebook... These websites nowdays protect the buyer and you can ask for a fast refund, if the item was delivered but it wasn't as described the biggest hassle is to resend the item back to the seller for Ebay and other similar websites refund you.
