I discussed two incidents with the lady in video back in September regarding a former supervisor and she told me one is a potential Hatch Act violation and invited me to request a complaint which I did and it was assigned to a staff attorney. I have tried to contact Ana a few times via email and phone just to find out the typical timeframe for the completion of these investigations and I received "crickets" as in no response. I hope they are not going to give him a pass because he is Further Restricted Employee because he works for IRS Criminal Investigation and is a management official. Time will tell.

His colleague who is another IRS-CI supervisor, JOSHUA STASIO was arrested on December 17, 2021 by Boston PD for Armed Robbery, Strangulation/Suffocation and Assault & Battery as he was trying to collect unpaid rent from a tenant whom he chased for five blocks. That is not a Hatch Act violation but another example of criminal misconduct by IRS-CI special agents. In December 2019, another IRS special from Boston, James Clarke was convicted of raping a handcuffed intern at gunpoint in his assigned GOV in 2017. He was sentenced to prison for 7 to 8 years.

In 2019, IRS Special Agent Kevin Millen was sentenced to prison in CT for attempting to sexually entice children in a sting operation in 2018.

The president is not exempt from the Hatch Act. President Reagan was fined when he campaigned for Bush Sr. when Bush Sr. was running for president.
