What you mentioned about Rachel may there be a connection to the later weird story of the civil war with the benjaminites?

When Rachel stole Laban her fathers idols and hid them in her saddle and Jabob cursed whoever stole them should die "let him not live" Genesis 31:32.

Research has shown a lot of both christian and islamic communities are hidden jews. Neighbouring arab villagers reply:"Oh no!" Our neighbouring village is not muslim arabic, these there are jews!" The romans kept the jewish farmers after the bar kochbah uprising for fresh foods! True story virtually only known within Israel!

Dr Gene in regards to the birth of Jacobs kids isn't it more likely that birth is at conception to God? And not that it is an err or no big deal.

Genesis 35:4 Jacob buried the strange gods and their earrings under the oak. Rachel died Genesis 35:19. Remember Jacob's curse Genesis 31:32
