Awesome nail hack! ♥️🙂 have a huge important question! Lol i do my natural nails. I paint them with gel. I do use a base coat first and then my color and nail art or srickers lol but i was wondering is it safe to put rhinestones on my gel painted natural nails? Idk i never see this so idk if it's ok and safe to do so and i want to buy some rhinestone but i wanted and need to make sure it ok to put them on my natural nails over a gel manicure. 🙂♥️ Be so helpful if you could help me with the answer and your opinion! I always do the pinky slightly shorter AND the thumb a little shorter. The whole set looks hella weird if you make the thumbs longer… plus you can utilize your thumbs more

I don’t really like the look of an identical length on the middle as the index and ring fingers, to me it looks just a bit off. I much prefer to match the lengths of the middle and thumb, then go slightly shorter for the index and ring fingers but the two of those should match as well, and then the pinky should be shorter than the ring and index fingers. Ideally the pinky should be shorter than the index and ring fingers by the same amount the ring and index are shorter than the middle and thumb. That way all the different lengths compliment both each other and the lengths of the fingers as well as the width of the nail beds.

The thumb nail being longer usually looks weird but I agree on the pinky nail.

Yes, but not all nail beds are the same length.. some much shorter on different fingers, in this case it won't work 🥰

Why is the thumb supposed to be longer?

This does not work when the nailbeds aren't all the same length... Yes the free edge will be the same length but when you measure from the cuticle the nails won't be the same perfect length... 🙃
