Apparently it was my frame rate, the game was not made for 120fps + so when it went over it caused the game core clock to act all funny, broken physics, running through the air with water, and many other things, I had to cap my fps at 58, while using V-sync.

Yea I have a 680 and apparently there is not fps limit built in game...

hm, my 680 doesn't heat up at all w/ skyrim on full settings with lots of big mods. The only game that has done that to me was Mass E3
