So far...I think everyone has done an exception job. The fatalities are exceptionally low considering the population an gravity of storm.

The problem later is relocated a Hugh number of people for over a year plus! People need to plan to relocate...find new jobs..now! If they wait, they'll be screwed.

I think companies will recognize this catastrophe and help many relocate for new jobs and home.

Houston will never be the same for years. The water may linger for months. After that, they start clean up..
Then reassess Infrastructure!

People will be displaced for a long time.. Trump administration and texas needs to assist folks with relocation to either within or outside state. It's similar to the dust bowl of yesterday..

Unless you have a waterproof drone you can't fly in such weather anyway. Twenty MPH of wind is about max for most drones.
