Do you like pumpkins? What about pumpkin spice flavor? Well, this super easy-to-make cake is for you. Pumpkin Spice Bread is a delicious plumcake-like dessert with a spectacular flavor of spices. As I say, it's the flavor of gingerbread in a soft cake, perfect to enjoy with coffee or hot chocolate.

Ingredients
baked pumpkin puree (bake pieces of fresh pumpkin in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, then mash with a fork) 300g
milk 2 tablespoons
vegetable oil 100ml
1 egg
sugar 200g
flour 240g
baking soda 1 teaspoon
cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons
ginger powder 1 teaspoon
3 cloves
seeds of 2 cardamom pods
a pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Bake the pumpkin and let it cool down. Then remove the skin and mash with a fork.
2. Add milk and vegetable oil and whisk. Then add sugar and combine well.
3. Add then the egg. Then add the spices and combine.
4. Sift the flour and baking soda and whisk.
5. Pour the pumpkin spice bread into a plumcake pan and bake in the preheated oven at 175°C for 45-50 minutes.
6. Let to cool down completely before serving.
