The problem is Ford is STILL selling these trucks/SUV's at such ridiculously INFLATED prices, essentially taking the dealer's "Market Adjustment" they applied during Corona. Who can AFFORD $60k truck when the average income is still $55k/yr and expect a customer to be able to pay that off in 6 years??---fyi: that's near 40+% of take-home pay!

I just went to the JC Lewis Mazda and purchased a CX 90. Fantastic dealership.

Ford is going to increase employee pricing and say you’re paying employee price. It’s a win for Ford.

Easy to do when sitting on a mean 138-day market supply, 144-day on F-150, 158 on Escape.

Vehicles are still overpriced by 30 to 40%, so not enough.

Let’s see what the savings are on an over priced, unreliable Ford vehicle after dealer add on’s and ridiculous Doc Fee especially in Florida where Doc Fees are $1, 000+.

Deep shit here, Ford raised prices about 50-60% over the last 5 or 6 years.

2500 under invoice for poop. Is still poop. Wish they made more reliable vehicles and trucks. Great plan bad brand. Wish it wasn’t as a kid I thought fords were the best.

A plan for everyone….
But interest rates doubled and A plan doesn’t offset.

Ford has increased their prices so much these past years and pulled back their rebates. I have always got employee pricing due to family members and chose not to buy a ford due to the crazy prices and bad reliability track record. Employee pricing gap isn’t that big on the lower trim models. Ford has also been trying to get to fixed pricing and this is a perfect way to implement. This is a way to Deplete old inventory then offer additional employee discount after they have a fixed price model.

I believe it when Juilian said that their showroom is full and that their phone is ringing BUT I also believe no is buying 😂.

Do bring them back after 2 weeks, I'm sure everyone is dieing to know how many trucks they have sold and thnk u Ray for calling it as it is, Total PR move.

I have no criticism of Ford or this dealer or CarEdge. Good info and any discount better than paying full price+ but when you start out with a vehicle that is already over 60 THOUSAND DOLLARS it is unaffordable for most people unless you want a 1100 dollar a month payment. I am thinking folks with that kind of money to buy a 60, 000 grand pickup or more aren't really motivated by employee pricing.

Ford says one thing, dealers do whatever they want. Go try to buy a Ranger Raptor for the 'employee price'. Total BS.
