Jedec recommends the tfaw, trrdl and s at 32, 8, 8 because going below will open a different row, during the same clock cycle of a previous activate.

So I picked up my i7-13700k about a year ago and still can't seem to run the thing at stock speeds with an MSI Z790-A WiFi mobo and MAG CoreLiquid P240 without it hitting 100°C and shutting down. Can't believe you are able to get this OC... I must be a complete failure of a human.

I have a z790 tomahawk and have the same issue with my trfc/2/pb...I can't set them even 5 lower, at default xmp and with everything else tightened down I can get through 6 passes of testmem5 absolut and 6 rounds of y-cruncher vst.

In your last video, I noticed the cpu ran hotter with the faster ram. Do you think it's due to the ram speed ? I also noticed the gpu ran hotter by like 2 degrees. Maybe it's an ambient temperature difference ?

I have the same motherboard with an i7-12700k and 2 x 16 GB DDR5 of Corsair Dominator RAM that can run at 6600Mhz but I keep it at stock settings 4800Mhz, I am not very tech savvy with overclocking, but when I enable XMP to have the 6600Mhz while gaming my computer crashes last time it gave me the BSOD. Do you think I should update the Bios to fix this issue?

Wow so with DDR5 4x16 XMP profiles still aren't able to run stable?

If this is the case I may as well just stick with DDR4 so I can at least get the performance out of a 4 stick kit.

Hello. I am using this motherboard. And my computer is connected to UPS. When the power goes out, the UPS kicks in. And when I try to shut down my computer normally it shuts down but after 2 seconds it restarts. Is there a setting for this in the BIOS? I want to solve this problem.
