The enemy of a cat is someone who knows their business. I cannot clip my cats claws. I've known vets who need two others to help to clip her claws. Then I found a vet with an assistant that just flips her over, clip-clip-clip done in seconds. My cat was so shocked, she didn't make a sound, just looked at me with utter horror that she'd been so thoroughly out-played.
