Rule #1 as a delivery driver. We do not judge the customer for what they are willing to pay for and have delivered. I have 15k deliveries and i deliver items, doesnt matter what it is, if the milage and pay makes sense lets go! People judging other people on what they are spending their time and money is the real nonsense

It was probably a lost item from a previous delivery. Walmart will deliver to your house 900 times in day to make sure they get it ALL right.

A lot of the 1 item deliveries are sent later after the original delivery. Judging customers for giving you work? There are a lot of things to complain about, this isn't one of them.

I think you're forgetting that there's people out there that use delivery service for various reasons. It's not worthless. It's back to school. It's the corporation not the customer because even if they only wanted the folder they paid for other items, the fees.

I feel like you might need to take a little break. There used to be more information and complaints sprinkled in. But lately it only flaws and not the other part of how to get around them. You agreed to take the job, and just like any other work situation you may have to fix another's mistakes. But if you see delivering this folder as a waste of your time and energy I think that speaks more to your possible burnout. Because you don't know if the student getting that is immobile or a cancer patient who's paper folder is ratted up. Or a single mother with multiple kids and has no Pedro to ask for him to go get one because it was missing and school is tomorrow. So they shouldn't be entitled to receive all of the items they paid for?

You could have declined the delivery. Why are you judging? You don't know the customers situation. It may be worthless to you. To them it could be creating anxiety for the parent, grandparent, or child. Did you get paid for that worthless piece of plastic?

I didn’t know there is items at stores that should be on a no delivery list. If it’s as simple has a folder, I luv to pick it up. We have no idea why someone would need one, but I don’t see an issue with it. Maybe a sex toy or dildo i wouldn’t be ok picking up😂
