In Thailand since it is a tropical rainforest it is really a popular fruit! It is called durian and it actually smells good if you’re use too it! It is really good and refreshing since it is really hot there! I am a Thai and I have family there i always eat it with them during dinner!😊

Not sure if you can do it with durian seeds, but jackfruit seeds are frequently eaten. Boiled and peeled, they are very starchy so you can get a potato or chestnut-like flavor and texture. They sell them in filipino or Indian markets.
