So Interrupted Exception can occur if after sleep() I invoke interrupted()?

I don't understand this part 39:41 that the thread goes from runnable state to dead state. I guess that the thread should be in running state so when the run method is finished it can directly go to the dead state.

Thanks as always :). Does the main thread terminates immediately after its set of instruction completes or does it has to wait for the completion of all other threads?

I enjoyed this lesson very much. I am actually at the 13th lesson but I could not wait for the multithreading lessons and just clicked to this one and watched it. Thread.sleep() does not take thread to blocked state, it takes it to Timed waiting state as mentioned around 44:56

I don’t really understand why do we have arrow from running to runnable? So instruction in run will be executed partially?
