The Actress is born !! She is great in this movie, I did not see Lady Gaga, I saw Ally in the movie, Lady Gaga portrayed so intensely. Her eyes while singing Shallow shows depth of different emotions. As an audience I felt it. That's the true acting!.

When the movie ended with that last frame and to darkness, I could hear the whole audience breathe a sigh of relief. It was like everybody came back into the room at the exact same time! We’d all been on this incredible journey together but it felt like we were taking it by ourselves. A brilliant performance by Bradley and Gaga. A true cinematic rollercoaster. Honestly, if you’ve not seen it yet, you definitely should.

Plus I noticed, I dunno if you all felt it, but Ally's passion was more prominent when she sang the country-pop songs with Jackson or by herself (the one on the piano). However, when she became dance-pop Ally, you could feel a sudden void. I felt like she knew she had sold her individuality to Raz and was just winging it because that is the price she had to pay to be the star she wanted to be. When she got away from Raz in the finale song (as I assumed), she became that spitfire again, albeit more controlled, more effective

Oscar worthy. Loved, loved, loved this movie. So intense, hard not to feel like you lived it, they both sing amazing. Lady GaGa looks the most amazing as she has ever. Beautiful really. Loved it all. Bradley Cooper is just plain hot in this movie.

Loved it, but the end just made me sick. Was sick for hours... Went to bed and woke up OK, but it took that long. If you also have bad things going on in your life, the end of this movie can send you over the deep end.

I saw this in theatres three times because it is that good. An at times uncomfortable, emotionally draining film to go through over and over..but the beauty and artistry kept pulling me back. Not to mention the strong messages about mental health and addiction. Bradley isn’t just selling his film when he said to go to the theatre. It really makes such a difference. A Star is Born is a film made to be seen, heard, and felt on the big screen. Each time I left that theatre I could not take my mind off of Jackson and Ally’s story. It really effects you and ruminates in your being. Each time afterwards I felt so inspired and enamoured by their performance, yet emotionally exhausted from bearing their tragic story, as if it were real. I wish the cast and crew all the best at the Oscars. The nominations and potential recognitions are truly deserved!

The love Jackson has for Ally transpires throughout this film. The guilt and fault he had during and after rehab was pushed over the edge by Raz. He felt he couldn't help her bloom. (When in reality she was the happiest with him)

I am so deeply impressed with this version of the story, and exceptionally moved by the emotional response it's had on me the past few days since I saw I will go to see it again!
