VMWare ESXi 6.5 - VMware Tools Installed but not running

In this video we are going to get started the VMWare Tools for our Virtual Machine.
This is just one way to fix this issue. However, there may be other issues that have caused this to happen, but in my case, it was simply to start the service on the VM machine.

My problem is that I go through the whole installation process, but it doesn't seem to install. After it says it completes it is not in the programs and or the services.
