I've seen them 14 times on 13 tours... First time opening for Kiss, the "Down the Drain" tour. I thought they were incredible and musically blew Kiss away. (Kiss was awesome that night). I unfortunately missed the Farewell to kings tour. Hemispheres in Phoenix was the best, hands down. R.I.P. Niel. Rock on Alex and Geddy. Niel created 1000's of clones. Find one you like the personality of and a keyboardist who can scream the early tunes and tour again, make a six hour DVD like Frank Marino did, as a legacy piece and income for your families...

My very first rock concert was seeing "A Farewall to Kings" tour when I was 15. I was a fan of Rush for several years before that, but seeing them live lit a fire in me. Over the years, I saw them between 20 & 25 times (I've forgotten how many now, ) including the R40 final tour.

I've been a Rush fan since 1976. I'm now 63 and still love their unreal and magical metal music. Geddy has such a distinctive voice.
I live in Sydney and had to buy all my Rush albums through an import record shop. Now I'm collecting all the albums on remastered CD's. Rock On!

My brother first saw them on the Hemispheres tour at the Palladium NY Jan 1979....wish i saw THAT tour..but cant complain my first show was in '84 Nassau Coliseum...Rush is the sound of our youth
