Excellent build and impressive quality

Positive points:
Knife:
• Good ergonomics – including reverse carry
• Sharp and strong blade with polished edge
• Very cool bowie styled blade design for both general utility and defense use:
▪ Pointy but strong tip
• Very rust resistant steel with reasonably tough property.
Below are self-explanatory
• Full tang construction
• Low reflection blade finish for low visibility and corrosion prevention
• Fuller design for weight reduction
• Can potentially strap the knife to a stick to make a spear using the holes.
• Very curved blade is easy to sharpen on flat whetstone
• Very compact for close to body carry


• Sheath:
• Robust pull dot design preventing accidental opening of the loop
• Multiple mounting options

Negative points:
Knife:
• Not very big so limited to general cutting and self-defense tasks, not a great chopper or survival knife
• Not sure if the groves on the blade is good for typical utility use.

• Handle can’t be taken apart for servicing
• Handle is also a little small for big hands

• No Drainage for sheath

Hard to buy, availability is very limited

Final note:
Definitely looking forward to get more RMJ tactical knives because I am impressed by this one. Seems to be somewhat custom level knives but with reasonable prices. This knife and the Microtech SOCOM Alpha mini are very compactable in many ways, with the same price.

You should look into the Rainer Knives Fastback or Basecamp if you like this size and styling of this knife, also I must say your lizard is very well behaved.

veramente bello, la punta bowie lo rende davvero accattivante, ottimo lo svaso per il dito indice nei lavori di fino, interessante anche il fodero in kydex penso.. con i lacci in pelle e bottoni per la chiusura per il porto orizzontale, bel video un abbraccio..
